Art for Breakfast
That's what I always say. :) Lovely limited edition prints matted and ready to frame from etsy seller Rebecca Rebouche. Enjoy!

For Scrappy Girl...
I was doing some research on home staging, which seems to really be peaking lately, when I came across this image and immediately thought of Catherine from Scrappy Girl Decorates. Catherine is obsessed with trees and has spent many a day contemplating a mural on her bedroom wall. While this piece isn't as detailed as some, it's simple enough for almost anyone to DIY, yet graphic enough to make a statement in the room and makes a nice substitute in lieu of a headboard. Enjoy and be inspired!

Art Matters...
This Factum Graffiti Chair from Art Meets Matter should be in every college dorm/apartment. Included with the chair is a set of four permanent markers (in black, blue, red and green) to allow you to create your own, totally personal surface design. I, personally, would go out and buy my own chosen palette of markers. The possibilities are endless. So cool. Enjoy!

Decor8
Voting for Holly's mood board contest begins today over at Decor8 so be sure and click on over to participate. I haven't decided which one gets my vote yet but I'm loving this living room from Paula Gibbs. I especially enjoy the punch of yellow.

Tweaks...
In an effort to make this site more reader friendly I am currently undergoing what is known as a "tweaking" procedure. While I'd rather be having said procedure done on my unobscurable double chin, sadly, my husband said no. Instead, I'll be polishing up the site, labeling past posts for easier reference, and updating my "Friends" list to include all previous links and any new Friends who wish to be added. If you wish to be added simply leave me a comment with a link to your blog. I hope to be finished before the weekend so don't delay. I hope you enjoy the new look!
Uh hum....
I came across this piece of art in a style photo for Bonaldo. I'm in the process of planning to redo my master bath and bedroom and I'm actually considering painting my own version of this for over the bed. However, I'm not so sure I can convince my husband to follow suit. What do you think? Yea or nay?

Maura Daniel Lamp Shades
Have free shipping at Layla Grace, which makes them to be priced quite reasonable. I just ordered the large version of this Avocado drum for $48.00 total. Not bad. The geometric shade is pretty cool as well. Check them out.

Orno on etsy
Each Orno earring starts from a simple plank of exotic wood before being carefully hand sanded and varnished. These circular zebrawood ones are so chic. Enjoy!

Fresh and Yummy
Potluck Studios collections are so fresh and yummy you can see why they anointed themselves "Potluck". I love the trumpet mugs but the swizzle quilts are my favs. To see where you can purchase from a store near you or online just click here. Enjoy!

Focus, Focus, Focus
I was browsing Elle Decor's Danish site when I came across the fabulous fabrics of Dedar. A google search led me to this image, which was immediately bookmarked under my inspiration tab. The wall covering is Dedar's Brio, but how easy and cool would it be to paint a focal wall in a design similar to this? I think it's very doable and is a top choice for me when I attempt my bedroom redo. Enjoy and be inspired!
