Oh My Gosh...
I'm in the process of renovating my bathroom (we gutted it the day before the storm and have been living with a hole in the floor and the ceiling...nice) and while I can't quite afford this, a girl CAN dream. Stone Bathtub from WS Bath Collections.

And on the 9th day...
there was still no power. Another cold front is moving through and it's now a balmy 23 degrees outside. I sometimes wonder if the rest of these United States has any idea how big of a disaster this is. The only media I have access to is the internet and it sure doesn't seem like Obama has said much. And I definitely haven't seen the likes of Fox News or Keith Olberman running around. Is this on the TV? I'm just curious.

And life goes on...
It warmed up in the 50s yesterday. Still without power but able to clean up most of the large debris. Saw this one small bud on the few remaining limbs and had to capture it to remind myself that life does go on.
