These are gorgeous!
I'm assuming these are more decorative than usable as eating utensils, right? Aside from the problems of things going soggy, I'd imagine eating off of inked paper wouldn't be all that healthy.
At £325.00 I'm sure you wouldn't want to eat off of them if they were safe to serve on. They are definitely decorative.
Hi everyone, I'm Hannah Lobley the designer and maker of these pieces. I just wanted to thank you for the positive comments and answer you queries.
The pieces are solid just like wood and have a waterproof coating so they can be washed and won't go soggy. But yes they are just decorative objects, the surface for me is too unique to cover with food. Each piece is one of a kind and intriguing, making an impact on its own.
